Right now, we're looking for kind-hearted, driven individuals to join our team as Support Workers. What You'll Do:

As a Support Worker, you’ll be providing person-centred care that truly makes a difference. Every day will bring new opportunities to help people with disabilities live the life they choose. Your role will involve:

  • Enabling individuals to achieve their personal goals and full potential.
  • Building and respecting meaningful relationships in their lives.
  • Supporting with day-to-day tasks to foster independence.
  • Promoting and acting within the framework of Options beliefs.
  • Understanding and respecting the relationships that are important to the people we support.

About You:

If you're someone who loves connecting with others and helping people shine, this could be the perfect role for you. We’re looking for individuals who:

  • Are passionate about helping others and driven by values.
  • Believe in treating every person with dignity and respect, no matter their ability.
  • Hold a Full UK Driving Licence (not essential for all posts)
